The story of our company begins in 1868, when George H. Budeke first opened the doors to our historic Fells Point location for business. Over the decades since then, homeowners, painters, architects and designers alike have helped secure the Budeke’s name as one that represents unrivaled quality, service, value and integrity in the industry.

• 2 weeks paid vacation per year (begins accruing after 60-day probationary period)
• Paid holidays (eligible after 60-day probationary period)
• 16 hours of personal leave per year (eligible after 1 year of employment)
• 40 hours of sick leave per year (begins accruing after 6 months of employment
• 401k plan (eligible after 1 year of employment during open enrollment periods in January and July of each year)
• Short and long term disability, and group term life insurance of one year's salary at no cost to the employee (eligible on the first of the month following 60 days of employment)
